1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TWO+DOS website at twoplusdos.com, our catalog, and any related services (together, the "Site"). By creating an account, becoming a member, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that you are accessing the Site for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by TWO+DOS are research-grade materials supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use. Read this section carefully before you place any order.

Products are NOT for human consumption.
Products are NOT for animal consumption.
Products are NOT for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind.
Products have NOT been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

We provide no instructions, guidance, claims, or representations regarding the use of any product outside of a controlled research setting. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or an entity engaged in legitimate research, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and all applicable laws. Before you can browse the catalog you must confirm this acknowledgment, and you confirm it again on every order.

3. Buyer Responsibility and Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for determining whether any product may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Laws governing research materials vary by location and change over time.

You agree that you will use all products in a lawful manner and only for the research purposes described in these Terms. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with any law that applies to you.

4. Accounts and Signing In

Placing an order requires an account. An account is created from the email address you give us at checkout or on the sign-in page; there is no password to set. To sign in, we email a one-time 6-digit code to that address. Codes expire after ten minutes and work once. You may set a password from inside your account if you prefer one, and use either method afterward.

Because the email address is the key to your account and your orders, you agree to:

Provide an email address you control, and keep it accurate and current.
Keep control of that email account and of any device where you stay signed in.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for prohibited purposes.

5. Catalog and Member Pricing

Our catalog, including product listings and list pricing, is open to browse after the research-use acknowledgment. Every account includes member pricing at no charge: 25% off list on the catalog while you are signed in, and on any order that creates an account at checkout. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged.

6. Membership Tiers and Recurring Billing

Paid membership tiers are optional monthly subscriptions that add benefits on top of the free account. Benefits are described on the membership page and summarized here:

Free account ($0): 25% off list, 2.5 points per $1, free shipping on orders over $250 of goods after discounts.
Insider ($9 per month): 25% off list, 3.5 points per $1, free shipping on orders over $75 of goods after discounts.
VIP ($20 per month): 30% off list, 5 points per $1, free standard and 2-day shipping on every order, shipment protection.
Founder ($79 per month): 40% off list, 10 points per $1, free standard and 2-day shipping on every order, shipment protection, priority fulfillment.

Recurring billing. A paid tier renews automatically each month. On each renewal date we charge the payment method saved with your membership for that tier's monthly fee, until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal. By starting a paid tier you authorize us and our payment processor to store your payment method and charge these recurring fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a renewal charge fails we may retry it over the following days and email you a payment link; if it keeps failing, the paid tier ends.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel from inside your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately: the paid tier's benefits end and no further charges are made. Fees already charged are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.

After a tier ends. Your account, your member pricing, and your points balance remain. Points are never forfeited when a paid tier is cancelled or ends, and your account continues to earn points at the free-account rate.

Changing tiers. Buying a higher tier replaces your current one from that order on. An active tier cannot be purchased again or downgraded through checkout; cancel first, then join the tier you want. We may grant complimentary memberships at our discretion, and may change tier prices or benefits prospectively with notice on the Site.

7. Points

Points are a promotional loyalty program, not a currency.

Earning. Points are earned at your tier's rate on the goods subtotal you actually pay after discounts and after any points applied. Shipping, taxes, membership fees, points purchases, and wholesale or invoice orders do not earn points. Points are credited when an order is paid. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned are reversed.
Redeeming. 100 points equal $1 off the goods subtotal at checkout. Points do not apply to shipping, membership fees, or points purchases.
Purchased points. You may buy points in advance. Bonus points added on a purchase depend on the amount and are stated before you pay. Purchased points are credited immediately, do not earn further points, and are not refundable once credited except where required by law.
Referrals. When you refer a new customer and they complete their first paid order using your link or code, both of you receive the referral points stated on the Site, once per new customer. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts you control do not qualify.
Promotional points. Points we grant as a promotion may carry an expiration date, which is stated when they are granted.
General. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable between accounts, and are not a gift certificate or stored-value account. We may correct, adjust, or void points issued in error or obtained through abuse, and may change the program prospectively at any time.

8. Sales, Bulk Orders, Volume Pricing, and Codes

The Weekly Sale. Each week a selection of compounds is offered at a flat discount off list for a stated window. The sale price is the same for everyone and replaces member pricing and volume pricing on those items; it does not stack with any other discount or code. Sale pricing applies while supplies last and may end early.

Bulk orders. Orders of 10 or more units of a single product qualify for bulk pricing off list, in the tiers shown on the bulk page (currently 40% from 10 units, 50% from 25, 60% from 50, with a small number of products capped at 50%). Each product in a bulk order must meet the minimum on its own. Bulk orders ship free by 2-day signed delivery, earn points at your tier's rate, are paid through a secure payment link, and accept fixed-amount discount codes only. Research Use Only applies to bulk orders exactly as it does to every other order.

Volume pricing. Where a product page shows per-vial prices that fall with quantity, that pricing is applied as a discount in the cart for accounts with member pricing and does not apply to sale items.

Discount codes. Unless stated otherwise, one code applies per order, and codes do not apply to membership fees, points purchases, or sale items. Friends-and-family codes carry their own pricing and cannot be combined with member pricing, points, other codes, or free shipping.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing or product information contains an error, or where we suspect the order violates these Terms.

Prices are shown on the catalog and may change at any time. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You may pay by card, or with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link where available, including from the express checkout in the cart. The same acknowledgments and these same Terms apply however you pay. Your card issuer may require additional verification before a payment completes. Where you enroll in a paid tier or a recurring order, you authorize us to keep the payment method on file with our processor for those charges.

10. Recurring Orders

You may set up a recurring order (autoship) of selected products on a schedule you choose. Each recurring order is billed at the pricing in effect on its order date, with the recurring-order discount shown on the Site, to the payment method saved for it. We email a reminder the day before each order is placed, and you can skip, edit, pause, or cancel the schedule from inside your account at any time before that. If a product in the schedule becomes unavailable or a payment fails, the schedule pauses and we notify you. Recurring orders earn points and are subject to these Terms like any other order.

11. Shipping, Shipment Protection, and Returns

Shipping terms, delivery timing, packaging, and our return policy are described on our Shipping and Returns pages and are part of these Terms by reference. In summary:

Shipping is a flat $15 per order, and free above the goods threshold for your tier as set out in Section 6.
All sales are final because these are research materials.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will correct our error.

Shipment protection is a benefit of the VIP and Founder tiers. If an order placed while your tier is active is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives with items missing, report it to us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date (or within 21 days of the ship date if no delivery is recorded), and we will send one replacement of the affected items at no charge. Protection does not cover orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly, packages the carrier confirms delivered to the correct address and later reported missing without a carrier claim, or claims made after those windows. We may ask you to complete a carrier claim or a short statement, and may withdraw protection from an account that abuses it.

12. Prohibited Uses, Resale, and Misuse

You agree that you will not:

Use, label, repackage, or market any product for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose.
Resell, redistribute, or transfer any product in any manner that is unlawful or that misrepresents the product as suitable for consumption or medical use.
Make any claim, on our behalf or otherwise, regarding the safety, effects, benefits, or outcomes of any product.
Use the Site or any product in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Access the Site through automated means, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
Use another person's account, share your access with anyone else, or create multiple accounts to obtain points, codes, or referral rewards more than once.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of points obtained through the violation.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, the TWO+DOS name and brand, page layout, and software, are owned by TWO+DOS or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

14. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that any product is suitable for any purpose other than the laboratory and in-vitro research use described in these Terms. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Certificates of Analysis describe testing performed on a given lot, are kept on file and emailed on request, and are provided for informational research purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWO+DOS and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TWO+DOS and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your purchase or handling of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to venue in those courts.
